His droopy face is caused by an injury to his forceps during the moment when he was born. The accident also caused him to lose the nerve that left the actor speechless. Stallone experienced a rough childhood. Both he and his younger brother Frank who was affected from their parents' antagonistic relationshipthat eventually ended in divorce. Stallone was fostered for part of his childhood. At the age of Stallone was just five years old old, his father moved the family into the Washington, D.C. area where he started his own chain of beauty salons. Stallone resided for a while in Maryland along with his father, after the divorce from his parents the year 1957. Stallone was a struggle in both academics and emotional aspects and was kicked out of numerous schools.
